Our dishes

The classic that made us famous since 1985: plated flour-tortilla burritos, stacked and topped with the stew of your choice.

Handmade with white and blue corn, toasted on the comal and stuffed with your choice of stew.

Golden flour tortilla with melted cheese and our slow-cooked house barbacoa.

Piping hot and fully loaded: lettuce, radish, avocado and tostadas on the side. Made for the mountain cold.

Shrimp and mixed seafood served bubbling hot in a volcanic-stone molcajete, with fresh lime.

Chilled shrimp in classic Mexican cocktail broth with lime. The perfect break after the canyon trails.
All served in burritos, montados (stacked, open-faced burritos), gorditas or tortas (Mexican sandwiches).
Since 1985
Graciela Amaya and Raúl Quezada opened a small homestyle food and seafood eatery in 1985. Today their daughter Elva keeps the same sazón, the family's signature seasoning, in the same spot as always.
